For just a few weeks a year, a flurry of pink and purple petals grace us with their presence all over the central valley of California. World renowned for their beauty, an almond orchard is the perfect backdrop for engagement photos of a couple full of love and happiness. It’s really important to get the timing right when you are planning almond blossom engagement photos, because the flowers peak is so brief. Icee and Max and I traveled to Winters California to capture these lovely images while walking through magical rows of flowering trees. Icee looked so chic and comfortable in her dark gold dress, which perfectly complimented the light purples of the flowers. Her cozy sweater and golden slip dress, combined with Max’s collared shirt and bomber jacket brought a timeless, urban feel to a gorgeous rural landscape of delicate and fleeting beauty.
